How To Install Sublime Package Control
1)
Installation is through the Sublime Text 2 console. This is accessed via the ctrl+` shortcut. Once open, paste the following command into the console and Press Enter button.

Restart Sublime Text

Use the shortcut ctrl+shift+p
Then Type "Package Control"
