The IF-MAP is repopulated by the API server whenever the session between the API server and irond is reset.
You can verify this by restarting irond.
Redis is used by the analytics api to cache data related to queries. It is not used by the configuration
components (api, schema, discovery, etc).

check ifmap_view after ifmap restart. If data not there, then restart contrail-api server and check ifmap_view again, this time data should be there.
